Diablo III - Date to be confirmed.
Diablo III is being
developed as the definitive action role-playing game, and a true continuation
of the Diablo series. Players will create a hero from one of five distinct
classes, such as barbarian or witch doctor, each equipped with an array
of spells and abilities. As these heroes adventure through rich and
varied settings, unraveling an epic storyline and engaging in combat
with hordes of monsters and challenging bosses, they'll grow in experience
and ability and acquire items of incredible power.
The game takes
place on Sanctuary, a world of dark fantasy. Unbeknownst to most of
its inhabitants, Sanctuary was saved some twenty years ago from the
demonic forces of the underworld by a few brave and powerful heroes.
Most of those warriors who directly faced Hell's armies - and were fortunate
enough to survive - went mad from their experiences.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Due for release on 11 November
2011
Right after we finished Oblivion in 2006, the team at Bethesda
Game Studios dove full steam into making Fallout 3. But we did put down
a few ideas on paper about what we’d do after Fallout, and that would
be Skyrim, featuring the return of dragons to the Elder Scrolls.
We usually start with an overall tone of the game. And Skyrim spoke
to all of us. The original home of men: rugged, weathered. The ancient
power of the Nords would come to life through their shouts. You would
battle with dragons, using their language, and become the one thing
they fear: Dovahkiin, the Dragonborn. Five years later and we’re excited
to finally share some of this vision as it comes to life on the screen.

Dragon Age 2 - Out Now
Dragon Age 2 really takes its time
to get going. The sword-and-sorcery heavy game is framed as a story-within-a-story,
as secondary characters try to piece together the history of the hero.
That's your character, Hawke – another meticulously customisable BioWare
lead who can be created using the gender, attributes, haircut and cheekbones
your quest-loving heart desires. It's a clear nod to the sagas and epics
that inspire the Dragon Age world.
The only problem is, it means
the game spends the early stages holding you at arm's length when what
you really want to do is run straight into the murky brown olde worlde
and start swishing your blade around.
Dragon Age 2 has its flaws,
but none of them are big enough to obscure the vast, absorbing whole
of the game. This Hawke the slayer is definitely not rubbish.
Fallout New Vegas - Out Now
Welcome to Vegas. New Vegas.
It’s the kind of town where you dig your own grave prior to being shot
in the head and left for dead…and that’s before things really get ugly.
It’s a town of dreamers and desperados being torn apart by warring factions
vying for complete control of this desert oasis. It’s a place where
the right kind of person with the right kind of weaponry can really
make a name for themselves, and make more than an enemy or two along
the way.
As you battle your way across the heat-blasted Mojave Wasteland,
the colossal Hoover Dam, and the neon drenched Vegas Strip, you’ll be
introduced to a colorful cast of characters, power-hungry factions,
special weapons, mutated creatures and much more.
